Clarence and Genevieve Du Valier

Clarence-and-Genevieve-Du-ValierThis kind-hearted couple haunt the Saint Louis Cemetery in New Orleans, not far from where they were murdered by the pirate Pierre Lafitte in 1814. In life, they ran a friendly pub called “The Wet Whistle”. In death, they’ve become fans of Dixieland jazz, which they can hear in their cemetery coming from clubs in the nearby French Quarter.
